【英文摘要】 The bi-stable impedance transition under different circuit conditions of the 4-(2-pyridylazo) resorcinol (PAR) thin films, grown by vacuum deposition, was studied. A transient intermediate state with nonlinear impedance was found to exist at the interval of the high-low impedance transition of the film. Moreover,we found that at an applied voltage higher than a critical value, the energy consumption during the transition remain unchanged.详细>
