【英文摘要】 The synthesis of nanocrystallite powder of lead-free PTC composites was studied in this paper. The procedure of this nanocrystallite composites included mainly three steps: synthesis of gel-type solid of BaTiO3 base by citrate sol-gel method, the calcination of gel-type solid at 600℃ and the addition of the donor and AST+BN et al.
