【英文摘要】 TiO2 thin films were prepared on modified PET(poly(ethylene terephthalate)) substrates by an improved sol-gel method. The as-prepared samples were characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and UV-Vis spectra. The results show that the interfacial compatibility between organic substrate and inorganic film has been improved after PET substrate was modified with silane coupling agent, and TiO2 films with transparency, uniformity, good adhesion, and high photocatalytic activity ...详细>
