【英文摘要】 The paper presents the emulsion method with ZnCl_(2) and TAA as raw materials, and span-80、tween-80 as compound surface active agents and utilizes the a forementioned method to produce nanometer ZnS particles. The nanoparticles were studied using XRD, AFM and PL. The XRD shows that the particles are of cubic crystallites structure.
