DiatoSorb 硅藻土柱（键合固定相填充柱）

键合相可用于毛细管色谱柱，因为它们大大提高了色谱柱质量。为了真正弥合传统填充柱和毛细管柱之间的差距，有必要开发用于填充柱的键合液相。现在，通过使用Restek键合相填充柱，填充柱色谱人员可以期望更短的调节时间，更低的流失和更长的色谱柱寿命。


在制造过程中进行溶剂漂洗可以去除低分子量的聚合物碎片，从而延长了调节周期。我们的粘合填料通常在30分钟或更短时间内稳定下来。由于键合相的泄漏较少，因此检测器可以以更高的灵敏度工作，并且大大减少了对数据系统泄漏补偿的需求。

键合相的持续时间也比非键合相要长得多。键合相比非键合相具有更强的抗氧化性，因为交联会产生更强的分子间作用力。因为材料是完全交联的，所以相不会像非粘结相那样经常下垂。
