Syncronis HPLC 色谱柱

● Syncronis HPLC 色谱柱在 ISO9000 认证工厂中生产、装填和检测。每批次的硅胶基质均经过物理特性检测,只有达到严格的检测标准才能投放生产。

● Syncronis 色谱柱采用高纯 100Å 硅胶,比表面积达 320 m2/g,而一般的硅胶基质材料比表面积为 200 m2/g。更高的比表面积使具有不同疏水性的分析物能够得到更好的保留。

● 有三种粒径:1.7 μm 用于快速 UHPLC分离,3 μm 兼容HPLC,实现较快速分析,5 μm 用于传统 HPLC 分析。

● 每一批装填到 Syncronis 色谱柱的色谱填料均经过了基于 Tanaka 理论的一系列诊断性色谱检测,以确保一致、可预测的分离。这些检测严密探查了分析物与固定相的相互作用,测量了固定相的疏水性、形状选择性以及与碱性、酸性和螯合物的次级相互作用。

● 新改良的自动装填方法可实现更好的一致性,每个色谱柱均经过独立检测,以确保达到质量要求。

Syncronis C18 columns deliver remarkable separations, time after time

Syncronis C8

Reduces hydrophobic interactions allowing compounds to elute quicker from the column. Recommended for analytes with medium hydrophobicity or when a less hydrophobic phase is required to obtain optimum retention.

Syncronis aQ

Polar endcapped Syncronis aQ columns provide a controlled interaction mechanism that retains and resolves polar analytes
