华中科技大学—武汉光电国家实验室骆清铭教授主要从事信息光电子学与生物医学交叉的新兴学科—生物医学光子学新技术新方法研究,其课题组在近红外(NIR)方向的研究内容与基础包括: NIR成像理论探索、NIR成像技术研究、NIR成像应用研究。
骆清铭教授主持的《生物功能的飞秒激光光学成像机理研究》获2010年度国家自然科学奖二等奖,《单细胞分辨的全脑显微光学切片断层成像技术与仪器》获2014年度国家技术发明奖二等奖。
- NIR成像理论探索
基于辐射传输理论研究了用于描述近红外光在生物组织中传播的扩散近似理论和Monte Carlo方法。建立了用于脑皮层功能检测的NIR光谱成像模型。构建了集建模、数据采集、数据处理、图像重建以及图像处理等一体化的成像软件平台。

- NIR成像技术研究
开发了多种近红外生物组织功能检测仪器,包括基于RF无线数据传输的便携式近红外仪器、近红外肌氧检测仪器、前额叶近红外脑功能成像仪器、以及光纤式全脑近红外成像仪器。同时结合商用的脑电仪器,开发了近红外与脑电联合的双模式脑功能检测技术。测试参数结果表明仪器系统稳定可靠, 具有高成像速率和高检测灵敏度。获多项国家授权发明专利(ZL200810306739.X,ZL200910300164.5,ZL200910303109.1,ZL201010200035.1)。

- NIR成像应用研究
利用NIR技术开展了脑认知功能方面的研究。观测了语义加工过程中的前额叶功能活动、工作记忆任务中的前额叶脑功能响应以及执行控制任务下的大脑功能活动模式。发现在语义加工过程中,前额叶功能存在左侧优势,而且深加工时功能活动主要集中在下前额叶。随着记忆负荷的增大,脑区活动程度加强。执行控制任务中,伴随着工作负荷的增加,两侧半球的功能协作增加,冲突处理过程中存在左侧半球优势。与东南大学学习科学研究中心合作,研究了心算任务和情绪压力的性别差异。发现在心算任务中,同等行为表现下女性的脑激活程度较弱,表明女性执行心算任务的效率更高;对于情绪压力任务,相比于男性,女性对于负性刺激的脑功能响应更显著。
与事件相关脑电(ERP)测量技术结合,研究了视觉非随机注意的源定位以及执行控制任务时血液动力学和电生理学参数之间的相关性。发现视觉非随机注意的源定位为Brodmann分区10区的左上角,且血液动力学参数的变化反映了电生理学特征成分的积累效应。
