特征特性:革兰氏阳性,杆菌,0.8~1.2μm×1.8~8.0μm。常呈V形排列端圆,但没有丝状体。生长过程中,杆状断裂成小球状,直径0.6~ 1.0μm。单个、成对排列,不规则的堆状。在LB 培养基上生长时,菌落都呈圆形,隆起,表面光滑,湿润,边缘整齐,菌落为乳白色变成乳黄色、不透明的圆形凸起,培养48 h后菌落的直径为2 mm~3 mm,最适生长温度为30℃,生长的pH范围很宽,最适pH为PH7.0。
具体用途:15ppm的菲的降解率为50%。
