环境内分泌干扰物标准品-上海甄准
所谓环境内分泌干扰物系指一种外源性物质,该物质会导致未受损伤的有机体发生逆向健康影响,或使有机体后代的内分泌功能发生改变。潜在的内分泌干扰物则是一种可能导致未受损伤的有机体内分泌紊乱的物质。
国际环境保护组织内分泌干扰物筛选测试咨询委员会将这些能够通过干扰激素功能,引起人群可逆性或不可逆性生物学效应的环境化合物成为“环境内分泌干扰物”。
环境内分泌干扰物(environmental endocrine disruptingchemicals,EEDs)是指可通过干扰生物或人体内保持自身平衡和调节发育过程天然激素的合成、分泌、运输、结合、反应和代谢等,从而对生物或人体的生殖、神经和免疫系统等的功能产生影响的外源性化学物质。它们主要是通过人类的生产和生活活动排放到环境中的有机污染物。
