晶圆吸笔及配件Porta-Wand® and Porta-Vac II®
这是几款便携式连续真空系统，不使用软管、更换镊子和一堆管子，高性能的真空泵可举起500克重物品。处理最大12英寸的芯片、光盘或其它平坦的硬表面物品。闪烁LED表示电池低电量，9.6伏NiMH可充电电池系统(Porta-VACLL可选)；包括一个ESD-安全头及其它可更换头。在保持1级洁净室水平时，客户可更换晶圆吸笔的0.2微米过滤器。排气从后部排出，远离芯片，通用110-220V充电器（可选用于PORTA-VACII®），美国制造。
