Analysis of Polyoxin B by HPLC

Abstract: Quantitative analysis of polyoxin B was conducted using HPLC with a C18 column, DAD detection and
external standard method. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water(pH 4.0) at a ratio of 10:90(by vol), and
flow rate was 0.6 mL/min. The results showed that linear correlation was 0.9989, the standard deviation was 0.021, the
coefficient of variation was 1.70%, and the average recovery was 99.5%, respectively.
