采用水浴湿法消化,以Pd(NO3)2-Triton X-100作为基体改进剂,应用Zeeman石墨炉原子吸收法测定了肝组织硒含量。试验结果表明,肝组织经水浴湿法消化测得的硒含量与消化炉湿法消化测定结果基本一致(P>0.05),相对标准偏差为1.11%,回收率为95.80%~100.40%。石墨炉原子吸收法测定硒的检测限为5.0 μg/L。 The broiler liver was digested by the nitric/perchloric acids in boiling water bath and the selenium was determined by Zeeman graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) after addition of Pd (NO3)2-Triton X-100 as a matrix modifer. The results demonstrated that the selenium contents in the liver digested with the acids in boiling water bath were not different from those in heating block (P>0.05) with the relative standard deviation and recovery rate to be 1.11%and 95.80%-100.40%respectively, and the detection limit of selenium for GFAAS to be 5.0μg/L.
