Sorry I couldn't type in Chinese here. I'm working on detection of multiple drugs(8) simutaneously by LC/MS/MS, the baselines for them are not identical. What's the possible reasons and how to optimize? Can I go ahead to do quantification with their very own baseline? Thanks a lot! BTW, how to 结贴? Not only the instrument but also 论坛 is brand new for me.

不同的化合物基线噪音不一样！
刚优化完化合物质谱条件建议冲洗柱子和仪器1-2天再开始做实验。这样基线会降很多。
串联质谱很灵敏，所以要注意防止样品污染，样品处理过程要处处想着防止污染的问题。最重要的是如果条件许可的话，样品的称量和样品预处理室要分开。我们以前没分开，三天两头有污染。
给楼主翻译一下:
楼主在用LC/MS/MS同时检测8个药.这8个药的基线不一致.可能的原因是什么? 如何优化?可以继续做定量检测吗?
