韩国 EmCraftsCo.,Ltd的老板，即CEO也是该公司扫描电镜核心开发者：전정범/全正范/Jung-Bum Chun/简称JB。其主持开发制造的EmCrafts扫描电镜产品，低劣质量引起中国客户极大愤慨和不满，给我公司销售造成极大阻碍，付出巨大销售资源和售后服务成本，且其背信弃义行径，给我公司造成极大损失。鉴于此，我们将公开对其进行道德谴责同时进行法律控诉，揭露全正范先生伪电镜专家的本质，及其技术欺诈行为，要求其限期回购扫描电镜样机，赔偿我司或最终权益人的经济损失，敦促其妥善处理中国用户的不良设备及完善服务，以维护中华人民共和国合法组织和公民的权益及尊严。
The boss of Emcrafts Co.,Ltd from Korea，namely CEOand the Core R&D person of EmCrafts SEM：전정범/全正范/Jung-BumChun/ JB for short. The inferior quality of EmCrafts scanning electronmicroscope product designed and produced by him caused great indignation and dissatisfaction of Chinese customers, which caused great obstacles to the salesof our company, and paid huge sales resources and after-sales service costs，superadded hisperfidious behavior， caused great losses to our company. In viewof this, we will condemn him in moral publicly and resort legal complaint,reveal Mr.JB the essential of a pseudo SEM export and technology of fraud,require him to compensate the economic losses of our company or the ultimaterights and interests holders, and urges him to properly handle the defectiveequipment of Chinese users, so as to safeguard the rights and dignity oflegitimate organizations and citizens of the People's Republic of China.
我公司北京驰奔科技有限公司，最初名称为北京驰奔仪器有限公司，是专门为全正范先生的EmCrafts扫描电镜在中国推广和服务的公司，自成立以来，一直是韩国EmCrafts官方认可的中国代表机构（见其官网链接）。我公司置备了EmCrfsts扫描电镜样机及其他相关实验设备，为客户实事求是的进行展览演示，样机并无其他商业用途。 Our company, Beijing Sem Instrument co.,Ltd， isspecialized promotion and service for Mr.JB’s EmCrafts SEM in China Market.Since its establishment, it has been the representative organization of Chinawhich officially recognized by EmCrafts (see its official website link). Our companyinstalled EmCrafts SEM prototype in Beijing DEMO office, and purchased otherrelated experimental equipment for showing and demonstrating in a practicalway. The DEMO prototype SEM has no other commercial use.
2018年10月，韩国EmCrafts公司CEO全正范先生突然要求我们停止其电镜业务，并打算撤出中国市场。我们认为并不是不可以，但需要EmCrafts将样机收回，然而全正范代表其公司拒绝承担一切责任。后经交涉，我们与全正范先生基本达成一致，即样机必须以EmCrafts官方名义出售，Emcrafts对售后负责，我们接受损失。
In October 2018, the CEO of EmCrafts, namely Mr. JB,suddenly asked us to stop its SEM business and planned to withdraw from theChinese market. We think it is not impossible, but we need JB to take back the DEMOprototype. However, Mr.JB refused to assume any responsibilities. Afternegotiating, we basically reached an oral agreement with Mr. JB，that is theDEMO prototype must be sold in the name of EmCrafts and Emcrafts must beresponsible for after-sale service. We accept the loss.
2019年7月份以来，我公司已濒临倒闭，我们与EmCrafts公司CEO全正范先生商讨样机回购事宜，邮件达成基本一致意见。本月中旬，但当面临合同签订，全正范先生却百般刁难，蓄意推诿。
Since July2019, our company was on the verge of bankruptcy. We discussed with Mr. JB,about the buyback of the DEMO prototype. We reached a basic agreement by email.When it faced with signing DEMO buyback contract in the middle of this month, however,Mr. JB set Sorts of obstacles, shuffle deliberately.
至此，我方与全正范关系彻底决裂，我们将采取一切必要手段讨回公道！北京驰奔科技有限公司即将关闭，但不影响最终权益受害人张玉宫先生继续追缴全正范的责任。
So far, Therelationship between we and JB is broken thoroughly. We will do whatever necessaryto get justice. The Sem-Instrument will be closed right now，but It willnot affect the final victim, Mr. Zhang yugong, to continue to recover theresponsibility of Mr. JB.
