https://bbs.instrument.com.cn/topic/7274515_1这次是接着上次Cd背景峰比样品峰高的问题继续的,现在基本可以确定当时我用的条件不对,造成了背景很高,最终扣下来的样品吸光度很低,但是即使我把条件优化了,最终测出来的质控回收率还是在50%左右徘徊。同时我用icpms测的同一个样品,直接能做到质控范围内。于是我再次踏上了方法优化的道路。想请教各位老师,按我现在做的优化结果,我该选哪个原子化温度?
我目前的条件是,基改剂5%磷酸二氢铵,湿加2ul,灰化温度固定为400度,原子化温度见下面的N张图,不知道该选哪个。。。。。。。。
