大家好，在贝克曼电泳上能设置如下程序吗？
B) A marker injection is made.
C)Electric field is applied for a fixed time (tv) to electroosmotically move the marker band.
D) A second marker is injected to demark the end of the electrolyte plug.
E) Upon application of a pressure differential between inlet and outlet ends, the marker-sandwiched electrolyte plug reaches the detection window and the traveling times for the
two marker bands are recorded in the usual manner.
这里有两个MARKER，所以要这样操作：分别两个样品瓶，装MARKER A 和B，放在样品托盘的A和B位置，后用样品瓶装满缓冲液做C。RINSE 完成后先以A进样0.5sec,0.5psi.后改用C瓶 2sec 0.5 psi,在 用B 瓶 0.5sec,0.5psi。加电压分离即可。这个方法应该是等电聚焦的改进版！
4楼说的没错，你的程序是否是：
B injection
C separation
D injection
至于E，我不是很明白你的意思。 你是想只是施压，然后手动记录marker bands 的迁移时间？但是这样的话你通过什么方式监测maker呢？只有separation的模式下PC才会给出电泳图的哦。
你写的那个简单的程序能运行啊，你提出的问题，你把它变成程序以后能在毛细管电泳仪上运行。
