The recycling rate has been defined in the WEEE directive, but no homornized standard on how to calculate exist! Some insititutes said that they used the formula suggested by DTI, GG416. But, in fact, there is no special definition on which kind of material can be recycled or exactly recycling rate?
So, question is, how to calculate the recycling rate?
