这是盐酸米托蒽醌中关于重金属的要求:
Heavy metals 231— Proceed as directed under Method II, except in the Procedure to filter the final solutions through a suitable acid-resistant membrane filter of 0.22 µm or finer porosity, instead of viewing them over a dark surface: the precipitate on the filter obtained from the Test Preparation is not darker than that obtained from the Standard Preparation. The limit is 0.002%.

这是231 HEAVY METALS 中方法II的操作:
Procedure— To each of the tubes containing the Standard Preparation and the Test Preparation, add 2 mL of pH 3.5 Acetate Buffer, then add 1.2 mL of thioacetamide–glycerin base TS, dilute with water to 50 mL, mix, allow to stand for 2 minutes, and view downward over a white surface*: the color of the solution from the Test Preparation is not darker than that of the solution from the Standard Preparation.

语法上应该是你这么讲,若形成的物质是黑色的,那需要浅色的背景了。是否原文有误,是白色的背景。

我又看了一下这个方法,有很多不同的。新方法使用过滤的方法,是观察滤膜上的沉淀物,看其颜色的深浅。而原来的方法是观察整个反应溶液,没有过滤,看其溶液的颜色,所以需要白色的背景。我猜想这段里的dark surface是否是笔误,不需要对比背景直接在滤膜上观察?[/quote]
直接比较标准物生成的滤膜过滤物与样品生成的滤膜过滤物的颜色。
