是否是将培养皿划个十字线，分别计数每个区域共四个区域的微生物群落即菌落数，最终计算出孢子和酵母悬浊液的细菌数 CFU=colony forming unit成菌落单位？
若军大哥就是做生物方面的，感觉这方面他还是比较权威的。
