微波提取桉树叶中有机酸的工艺研究
           
摘要:筛选出微波提取桉树叶中有机酸最佳工艺。采用正交设计优化微波提取工艺,对肇庆、广州、广西、云南四种不同产地的桉树叶有机酸进行提取,比较研究了微波提取与常用提取法(回流提取法、浸提法)对有机酸的提取,并用高效毛细管电泳法测定五种有机酸的含量。微波提取五种有机酸的优化工艺:溶剂为无水乙醚,微波功率为中功率,提取时间为4分钟,溶剂用量为300 mL,在此条件下,有机酸的平均回收率大于90%,RSD≤1.24。结果表明,用微波提取法提取肇庆桉树叶五种有机酸具有含量高、省时的特点,值得在中药提取中推广应用。

ABSTRACT: Objective: To optimize the extraction process of organic acids from eucalyptus. Method: Orthogonal design is used to optimize the microwave assisted extraction of organic acids from eucalyptus from four producing areas (Zhaoqing, Guangzhou, Guangxi and Yunnan). The efficiency of microwave assisted extraction and common extraction methods (reflux extraction and soaking extraction) are compared and the contents of five organic acids are determined by high performance capillary electrophoresis. Result: When extracting with 300 ml of anhydrous ether for 4 minutes, assisted by medium-power microwave, the extraction process is optimal and the average recovery is more than 90% while the RSD is not more than 1.24. Conclusion: Microwave assisted extraction of five organic acids from eucalyptus from Zhaoqing is efficient and time-saving, which is worth promotion and application in Chinese crude drugs.
